Description
Hammerhorn Mountain was constructed in late 1921 according to news reports and likely opened for the 1922 fire season. The structure was a California Region 5 Plan 4A ground cabin.
The lookout appeared to be in rough condition in the 1948 photo. Removal date is unknown.
