Description
This lookout was located on state land near San Bernardino to observe state responsibility areas below the San Bernardino National Forest. The original structure was a 7'-by-7' wood cab on a 10-foot non-battered wood tower, built in 1926. A residence cabin was added under the tower in 1928.
The original structure was replaced by a new 20' steel tower with an L4 cab in 1938. The lookout was removed at an unknown date. Only the concrete footers remain.
