Description
Planned since 1923, Round Top Lookout was finally constructed and dedicated in May 1927.
The structure was a 7x7 observation only cabin atop a 60 foot X-Brace, open steel tower.
The tower was active as late as 1973 but was removed prior to the 1986 Thornton survey.
